A: Yes, we can provide services to you or your loved one if you have insurance. Your insurance will directly reimburse you; we will provide a completed, proper claim form for you to submit. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Q: Do you accept Medicaid?

A: Yes, we do! If eligible for Medicaid dental benefits, your dental care will be no cost to you. Contact us to find out if you’re approved for our dental cleaning and screening services.

Q: Can you provide care for my loved one’s teeth in their room?

A: Absolutely! That’s what we do, customizing our services to the individual needs of each person we serve, making them as comfortable as possible.

Q: How do you communicate with the family the results of dental screenings?

A: We contact family and encourage you to contact us after each dental care, either by phone or email, whichever is most appropriate.
